Initial Assessment

The goal of the initial assessment is to determine the root cause of what is affecting you. A comprehensive health history review will be conducted, various orthopedic tests will be performed and a treatment plan will be set forth. An emphasis is put on education and home exercises to prevent it from occurring in the future.

Follow up

Specific pain and dysfunction may take more than one treatment to fix. In addition to continued work on affected structures, time will be taken to reassess areas that may see improvement. Revisions to prescribed home exercises and stretches will also be given.
